To decarbonize the grid by 2035, average annual solar installations must be five times greater than they are today. But to do that, the U.S. must overcome a host of challenges, including antiquated rate designs, the struggle to connect new generation, a workforce in need of additional training and debates about where to host large-scale solar and storage projects.

This session discusses the roadblocks facing the industry and offers policy solutions that can help lawmakers address the challenges facing the solar and storage industry.
