Freeman is the official vendor for POWERGEN International® 2024! Carpet, furniture, material handling, shipping, or anything else you may need relating to booth move-in, set-up, or move-out can be found here.
Listing Upgrades
Upgrading your listing package is a highly effective and inexpensive way to stand out from your competition.
Shipping Information
All items and materials brought into the facility are subject to material handling charges, and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the official show vendors.

SCAM WARNING
We understand that you may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell you exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists or more for the upcoming POWERGEN International® event. Please rest assured, we never sell our exhibitor’s contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations here at Clarion.Unless the email is coming from one of these addresses... it may be a scam – and we ask that you please proceed with caution!

List Rental Scam
Be aware of fraudulent List Rental Companies
It has come to our attention that there are a number of illegitimate list or database companies reaching out to you (our exhibitors) directly who are misrepresenting our POWERGEN International® brand. These companies have not been authorized to use our list of customers or our trademarks. Every time these fraudulent offers come to our attention we send them a cease and desist letter to try to prevent them from further contacting you. If you are contacted by anyone who claims to be a part of POWERGEN International®, PennWell or Clarion Events – please do notify us to verify that they are in fact a legitimate representative.
Please report any potential list rental solicitations to Stephanie Mize.
Housing Warning
The only official housing company for POWERGEN International® is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have any affiliation with POWERGEN International®. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, POWERGEN International® management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
