What To Expect

The Summit brings together a deliberately small and carefully vetted group of data center operators, onsite power developers, engineering leaders and technology providers for a full day of structured discussion and peer exchange.

The day is built around core sessions covering the issues that matter most to anyone developing, operating or powering large-scale digital infrastructure today:

  • Power model selection: What ownership structures, generation configurations and developer strategies are working at scale -- and which are not.
  • Speed to power: How supply chain constraints, equipment lead times, interconnection queues and permitting timelines are reshaping what is buildable and on what schedule.
  • Utility and regulatory reality: Where interconnection requirements, state reliability mandates and federal emissions standards are creating compliance conflicts that developers and equipment providers are navigating in real time.
  • Community engagement and public perception: How developers are managing local opposition, land use conflicts and the growing political visibility of large power-consuming facilities -- and what is actually working at the project level.
