Mr. Neil is the Manager for Turbine & Expander Product Development at Elliott Group where he leads a cross-functional team of engineers developing new technologies for the turbine and expander product lines.  Prior to his management position in Research and Development, he spent time as the lead turbine design engineer in R&D, as an application engineer in Engineered Solutions, and a technical services engineer in Global Service. Mr. Neil attended the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
