Alexandra Williams is the VP Origination at Guidepost Energy, a consulting and energy management firm based in The Woodlands, TX. Guidepost focuses on large commercial and industrial energy consumers navigate complex power markets across the U.S., providing deep expertise to customers on procurement, interconnection, and other energy matters. Alex's career has spanned through trading, wholesale origination and structured products, consulting, energy management, development, and brokerage/procurement. Alex has worked at MP2 Energy, EDF Trading North America, ExxonMobil, and Industrial Sun before joining Guidepost Energy in 2025.
