Bianca Camarena is the Senior Director of Renewable Engineering – Solar, overseeing the solar engineering team responsible for utility-scale solar projects. She manages training, development, prioritizes activities, and implements continuous improvement processes while tracking key project metrics for leadership. Bianca holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and certifications in Strategic Leadership and Board Leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors at Girls in the Game. With over 10 years of experience, Bianca has directed operations, DEI, and construction for complex initiatives. As Chief of Staff at People's Gas, she supported the president in achieving corporate goals, evaluating strategic plans, and overseeing budgets. In her previous roles, she improved supplier diversity, communication, and managed large capital projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget management.
