Blair Loftis
Blair has over 30 years of industry experience covering three categories of the value chain; consulting engineering, construction management, and working in various roles of increasing responsibility for one of the largest investor-owned electric utilities in the western United States. His unique background: nearly 10 years in construction management, nearly 8 years at an electric utility, and over 15 years in consulting engineering have provided him with the distinct advantage of understanding power projects at various points in their life cycle and from the perspective of multiple stakeholders. He's had the opportunity to manage large projects, and large groups, and to work in areas of operations, strategy, project management, and finance.
