Charles Graves is a senior leader with over 25 years extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing and operations leadership across new product development, innovation and regulatory compliance. In his current role, Charles serves as Director of Engineering at BWXT Advanced Technologies where he and his teams focus on delivering high-consequence programs and first-of-a-kind technoligies in the nuclear industry for both commercial and government markets. Charles is an inventor with several patents for innocative methodolotige and devices in the nuclear industry, including numerous awards from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) Top Industry Practice Awards.
