Dan Doron is a global construction and engineering executive with more than 25 years leading megaproject delivery, organizational transformation, and operational excellence across the semiconductor industry and advanced manufacturing ecosystems worldwide. A proven builder of high-performing organizations, he has directed $10B+ greenfield, brownfield, conversion, and tool-install programs across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, ensuring predictable, safe, and efficient execution for some of the world's most complex fabrication facilities. Dan is known for decisive, hands-on leadership that moves fluidly between strategic vision and tactical detail, enabling him to set clear enterprise direction while engaging deeply on the ground to drive solutions, unblock execution, and deliver measurable business impact. Most recently, Dan joined SoftBank as a Construction Consultant, supporting the company's newest data center and energy infrastructure ventures.
