David is currently the Manager, Engineering & Support Services at Tampa Electric. In this role, he leads the engineering and support service teams responsible for technical governance, project readiness, and execution of capital project across the company's generation fleet. David's career spans both consulting and owner-side roles, including leadership positions with global engineering firms where he helped build and scale multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, Texas, and Florida and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
