David serves as Entergy’s environmental policy lead for air and waste issues, with a focus on federal issue management.  In addition, he leads Entergy’s energy and environmental justice working group and coordinates the compilation of Entergy’s annual environmental performance metrics.  David’s background includes over 24 years of experience as an environmental professional, with a primary focus on air quality issues.  He began his career as an environmental regulator with the air permits branch of the Arkansas DEQ and spent time as an environmental consultant in the Little Rock area before joining Entergy in 2012.  At Entergy, David spent 9 years in progressively more senior roles within Entergy’s power generation environmental support team before moving to his current position in 2021.  He has a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a registered professional engineer.
