Donny Gallagher is Vice President of Engineering at SOLV Energy, overseeing the design, permitting, and environmental compliance departments.  Donny works across teams within the company to evaluate real-time input from EPC and O&M field teams, and more than a decade of plant performance analytics, to inform SOLV Energy’s industry-leading design-build capabilities and provide clients with the highest ROI achievable.  

Donny maintains strong relationships in the solar industry, identifying and developing strategic design, manufacturing, and technology partnerships to drive innovation and quality at SOLV Energy and the industry at large. Since joining the team in 2013, Donny has led the SOLV Energy engineering and permitting teams on over 200 turnkey EPC projects totaling more than 11 GW.  

Prior to SOLV Energy, Donny served as lead civil engineer on multidisciplinary projects including utility-scale renewable energy, military base rehabilitations, hospital expansions, commercial developments, and highway realignments.
