Edouard (Eddie) Saab is President of Westinghouse Electric Canada Inc. Appointed in 2018, Eddie oversees Westinghouse’s Canadian activities across the Operating Plant Services, Environmental Services and Energy Systems business units.

Eddie supports the company’s Tier-1 nuclear position as Westinghouse Canada continues to build upon localized commercial and operational footprints through sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, and industry advocacy. Most recently, Eddie has an expanded focus on Energy Systems, specifically leading Sales and Market Development initiatives. He is responsible for the development of markets across the Americas from early identification
through procurement stages, requiring capture planning, win-strategy development, and relationship building for new plant opportunities.

Eddie is a seasoned leader and executive, bringing 20 years of experience in nuclear business development, customer and organizational fluency, and building collaborative networks with key stakeholders across the Americas. He is a professional engineer in Ontario, Canada, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science.

Eddie is an active member of several nuclear industry organizations, including Canadian Nuclear Association, Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industry, and the Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council. Additionally, Eddie is a strong supporter of industry initiatives advancing women and young professionals in the nuclear industry such as Women in Nuclear, North American Young Generation in Nuclear and International Youth Nuclear Congress.

Eddie is a tireless advocate for the advancement of clean, safe and reliable nuclear power, and he believes nuclear technology must play a greater role in the low-carbon economy of the future and in leading the battle against climate change.
