Grant is a Senior Electrical Engineer supporting preconstruction efforts for utility scale solar projects and has more than 12 years of experience in the solar industry. His responsibilities include preliminary design and optimization, equipment selection, technical exhibit review and negotiation, inverter commissioning and troubleshooting, performance testing analysis. 

Grant has prior experience related to the manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of utility scale solar inverters. Grant received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
