James Brown is Vice President, Power Operations supporting Fluor's Energy Solutions business lines. He has responsibility to provide strategic, operational, and technical guidance building the capabilities and success of Fluor projects that include power generation or associated technologies and facilities. He is also engaged with supporting the commercialization of Fluor technologies and Fluor partner technologies. Prior to this assignment, he has held numerous roles in his 36 years with Fluor including leading the O&M business line for North America, Greenville regional General Manager, and Power Operations Functional leader. He has published various articles for industry publications, served on many community Board of Directors and hold three patents in power generation/environmental design.
