Highly dedicated public safety professional with more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency response. A retired police officer and active firefighter, currently serving as a Senior Fire Protection Consultant specializing in risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and response training for high-hazard industries. Proven expertise in supporting public and private organizations with operational safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency readiness—particularly within battery energy storage systems (BESS), utility infrastructure, and petrochemical facilities. Holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, combining extensive field experience with strategic leadership and a strong commitment to protecting lives, property, and critical infrastructure.
