Jason B. Yost is an energy lawyer concentrating his practice on representing both regulated and non-regulated energy companies in all aspects of domestic and international project development, including in their development, acquisition and sale, and ownership and operation of power generation projects. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating equipment procurement agreements (turbine and balance of plant), engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements (lump sum turn-key and balance of plant), long term service agreements (LTSAs and CSAs), and operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements. His experience includes projects deriving electric energy from gas, solar and wind resources, as well as stand-alone storage and renewable energy plus storage projects.
