Jeff Hatfield is a Sr. Business Development Executive with Bartlett & West. With more than 30 years of experience developing, negotiating, planning, and delivering major capital projects across most energy-related sectors. Jeff has captured and delivered numerous projects with total EPC contract revenue in excess of $3.6B. He has led all phases of strategy development, market development, proposals, project execution planning, contract negotiations and ongoing client relationship management. Jeff has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio; Master of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University; and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management and Science from Western Michigan University.
