Jeff Hatfield- Jeff is a Senior Business Development Executive for Bartlett & West, a full-service consulting, architecture, engineering, construction, and an operations and maintenance firm that is focused on building a better community for a stronger tomorrow. Jeff is responsible for developing new business, customer relationships, proposal management, contract negotiations for construction and engineering services that help his clients achieve their immediate and long‐term goals. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Science from Western Michigan University; a Master of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University; and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in San Antonio.
