Jeremy is an energy and infrastructure projects attorney focusing on construction, project development and joint ventures for both conventional and renewable energy projects. He frequently advises on wind, solar, battery storage, ammonia, data centers, LNG, conventional thermal power and major infrastructure projects (including ports, pipelines, rail and high-voltage transmission). Jeremy also has significant experience guiding clients across the energy sector through complex mergers and acquisitions and project financings.
