Jerrad Thomas

Jerrad Thomas is a leader in carbon capture technology development with extensive experience spanning pilot-scale demonstration, project development, and commercial deployment of CCUS solutions. At Honeywell, he supports the advancement and application of the Advanced Solvent Carbon Capture process for power and industrial decarbonization.

Jerrad’s career includes roles in both technical and commercial capacities across the carbon capture value chain. He has led and supported large-scale pilot programs and first-of-a-kind deployments, including work with Southern Company on major integrated carbon capture initiatives. He has also contributed to global CCUS efforts through positions with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and the Global CCS Institute, focusing on technology evaluation, business development, and market adoption.

He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering and physics from the University of Alabama.
