John leads the Consulting Group within POWER Engineers’ Generation Division. The group provides owner engineering, due diligence, and other consulting services to owners and developers of generating capacity. Much of John’s current work supports the commercial development of low-carbon, dispatchable generating capacity.

John’s background includes plant performance, air pollution control systems, and engineering economics. He is a registered Professional Engineer and earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences of Columbia University focusing on heat transfer and thermodynamics.
