I am a senior environmental specialist with experience leading permitting for installation of carbon capture equipment on power generation facilities, CO2 pipelines, various oxy-combustion projects, and carbon sequestration. I have worked with membrane-based, amine, oxy-combustion, and other carbon capture/carbon reduction technologies (both pilot- and full-scale). My involvement in carbon capture and related projects ranges from performing regulatory research and pre-project planning to actually obtaining project permits and coordinating with Federal, state, and local agencies. In addition to carbon capture work, I have also prepared complex permit applications for linear utility projects, microwave towers, substations, and renewables.
