Mr. Carr is the Turbine Technology Manager at Elliott Group where he oversees the steam turbine products ranging from 1 to 130 MW power capability. He is responsible for market research and analysis of the turbine product to inform research and development. Mr. Carr has over 15 years of turbomachinery experience in project management and application of turbomachinery across both new apparatus and global service divisions at Elliott.
