Karen Bertram is CEO/President of Integrated Energy. A Woman-Veteran Owned company, specializing in Waste-to-Energy / Waste Conversion technologies and project development. She formed the company to assist developers, municipalities, industries, EPCs and ESCOs in evaluating, testing, and developing all areas relating to Waste-to-Energy Technologies and Project Development as well as implementing her patented proprietary pyrolysis technology. Ms. Bertram been involved in the early-stage commercialization of new technologies for the renewable energy sector for the past 15 years, and more recently, Smart Grid Monitors with integrated analytics and its Operating Intelligence Platforms (OPI) that can be used for the management and tracking of renewable energy assets in addition to its “Grid Edge” applications. Ms. Bertram has been proactive in integrating technologies with Waste-to-Energy to generate Hydrogen as a project for a H2 Hub initiative.
