I earned my degree in Organizational Leadership and Applied Science Technologies, which laid the foundation for my career in safety and risk management. I began my career in the oil and gas industry, working for a safety services company gaining hands on experience. This early experience led me into the uranium industry, where I served as a Health Physics and Safety Technician, developing expertise in radiological safety and regulatory compliance. I later worked for the State of Wyoming as a Fire Inspector and subsequently as a Firefighter, broadening my background in emergency response and hazard mitigation. I then returned to oil and gas as a Safety Manager, overseeing safety and health programs. Currently I serve as the Senior Safety Administrator at PacifiCorp's Dave Johnston Power Plant, where I support plant leadership and promote a strong safety culture. I also serve as a Board Member of the Coal Users Group (CUG), contributing to industry collaboration and best practices.
