Kris Cravey

Chief Executive Officer, United Services Group

Kris Cravey is an Operating Partner with Pelican Energy Partners, the CEO of United Services Group (a specialized welding and mechancial contractor), and a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading strategy, operations, and growth across the power generation and industrial services sectors. A significant portion of his career has been focused on supporting utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and specialty contractors in the nuclear and conventional power markets, including senior leadership roles at Day & Zimmermann. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and an MBA from Regent University.
