Kurt Goldbronn is Senior Director of Data, Digital, and Artificial Intelligence at Westinghouse Electric Company, where he leads a global team of over sixty digital professionals driving innovation and transformation across the energy sector. He is a recognized leader in guiding organizations through growth and transformation and spearheading digital product launches and building effective technical teams.

Kurt began his career developing advanced software frameworks and technical solutions for instrumentation and controls (I&C), and has held leadership roles in digital execution, enterprise project management, and global strategy. Over two decades, he has used cutting-edge digital technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to architect and implement secure development infrastructures.

In 2025, his team received the 2025 Databricks Data Intelligence Award for the Energy & Utilities Industry.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Slippery Rock University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He has earned multiple professional certifications, including Six Sigma Greenbelt and advanced Agile leadership credentials.
