Lavanya Bhenderu is a technology leader currently serving as the SVP of Engineering & Technology at Enchanted Rock. Lavanya brings a wealth of experience to his role and has been a driving force in the field of backup power generation for the past five years. Before joining Enchanted Rock, Lavanya held prominent positions at Emerson Automation Solutions and Hewlett-Packard, where he honed his skills in hardware and software development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Purdue University. Lavanya is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). At Enchanted Rock, Lavanya spearheads the creation of innovative products that cater to customers' needs while also aligning with the company's goals. Lavanya manages multifaceted engineering teams at every stage of the product development process.

There's been a lot of good [takeaways] for us because our plans are quite old, so there's a lot of manual readings and things, but me being the IT generation, I think it could be done better. So having a lot of these [takeaways] from companies who have [accomplished what] we are wanting to do is great. It's been really eye opening networking with all of the exhibitors [as well]. It's my first time here, but I don’t think it's going to be my last."
