Lisa Katz

Head of Sales, Unison Energy

Lisa Katz joined Unison Energy as Head of Sales in 2026, and is responsible for leading the company’s commercial growth strategy across North America. She has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry spanning power generation, distributed energy, renewable energy, energy storage, solar, combined heat and power (CHP), biomass, biogas, hydrogen, district energy, energy management, and emissions control technologies.

Prior to Unison, Lisa was Head of Sales at Convergent Energy and Power, where she led the Commercial & Industrial, Utility, and Data Center go-to-market teams. Earlier in her career, Lisa held leadership roles at CEM Engineering and began her career at DCL International, building expertise across sales, business development, and energy technologies.
