Liz Williamson
Liz Williamson is a partner at Balch & Bingham LLP in the Washington, D.C. office. Liz has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of environmental law. She routinely provides advice on environmental rulemaking, Title V permitting, emissions monitoring, litigation, enforcement and compliance. In recent years, Liz has worked with power sector clients to advocate for common sense power sector environmental rules, amidst the changes in EPA and executive branch policies. Liz also assists utilities with generation strategy, compliance, implementation, and judicial challenges. Liz received both her Juris Doctor degree and her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice in District of Columbia, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
