Marcio Flavio Amaral de Souza is a senior manager in the power generation sector at Petrobras, with over 20 years of experience in thermoelectric operations, asset management and operational support. He leads Planning and Operational Support for a portfolio of power plants, focusing on performance, reliability and decision-making. His work includes driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resilience. He has completed executive education programs at the Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
