Mike Nagus is the CEO and Co-Founder of LiNova Energy Inc. and a seasoned battery and business professional with over 18 years of experience in the battery industry. He has successfully commercialized two separate battery chemistries and has a proven track record in battery manufacturing scale-up, product development, scaling battery technology companies, and fundraising. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. 

As Chief Executive Officer of LiNova Energy, he leads the company’s strategic vision to transform the energy landscape through next-generation battery platform technology designed for performance, safety, and sustainability. Prior to LiNova, Michael held leadership roles at Alionyx Energy Systems, Engineered Power (Lithion Group), and Charger Industries.

Outside of his professional achievements, Mike enjoys playing and coaching hockey, skiing, and biking.
