Solar Section Manager, Burns & McDonnell

Mike Nowicki is the Solar Section Manager for the Great Lakes Region at Burns & McDonnell, a leading international engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE), certified Renewable Energy Professional (REP) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Mike has 20+ years’ experience in designing electrical and solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in various markets. Job responsibilities include engineering design, project management, thought leader, business development, and organizational leadership.

Mike has Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Alternative Energy Technology degrees from Wayne State University. Additionally, Mike is an adjunct professor at Lawrence Technological University for the past 14 years.
