As Director of Product Development at Integra, his focus is on delivering resilient, integrated on-site power solutions for the next generation of data centers. Drawing on a 12-year tenure at Cummins - where he drove initiatives across sales application engineering, technical marketing, sales enablement, government relations, and business development - Michael translates complex technical challenges into robust, customer-focused, future-ready solutions.

Equipped with deep technical expertise in engine generator sets, microgrids, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and distributed energy resources, Michael acts as a catalyst for continuous industry growth. He is fiercely passionate about the intersection of technology and compliance, actively championing the regulatory and policy work concerning on-site power. By navigating shifting emissions frameworks and critical industry codes, he ensures the sector is prepared for long-term decarbonization without compromising resilience.

Michael is a steadfast voice for education within the onsite power community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Electrical Generating Systems Association (EGSA), chairs the "Data Centers, Onsite Power, CHP & Microgrids" committee for POWERGEN International and serves numerous other industry organizations.
