Nicole Hughes is the Director – North America Nuclear with Thomas Thor, where she leads the company’s North American efforts, working with utilities, engineering companies as well as new technology developers providing recruitment, leadership search and workforce consulting services to the Nuclear Industry and organizations shaping a Net Zero future.

With more than 25 years of international experience spreading over three continents, Nicole has lead large talent projects in technical sectors, namely within DOD, Aviation and Energy. Since joining Thomas Thor in 2018 she has managed significant staffing and talent projects with Thomas Thor, initially in the United Arab Emirates, and now in North America.

She holds an International Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, is a Certified Business Manager and holds certifications in project management and human resources. Nicole holds the Vice-Chair role within U.S. Women in Nuclear (WIN) Professional Development Committee.
