Patrick Daou

Project Director, Sargent & Lundy

Patrick Daou is a project director at Sargent & Lundy and leads the emerging technologies team within Sargent & Lundy’s consulting business unit. He has over 14 years of experience providing engineering services and leading teams supporting novel and first-of-a-kind projects. Patrick’s teams provide technical advisory and owner’s engineer services to their clients leveraging expertise in conventional thermal power generation, renewable power generation, transmission and distribution, and industrial processes. His clients include developers, technology providers, industrial manufacturers, utilities, lenders, and equity investors. Patrick’s teams also provide independent engineer services in support of project financing having supported over $15 billion in project transactions. Patrick has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago (Liautaud Graduate School of Business). Patrick is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois.
