Paul currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Warwick Carbon Solutions where he’s actively engaged in leading decarbonization energy transition initiatives across many aspects of the industrial supply chain.

Prior to WCS, Paul was with Constellation Energy Generation and Exelon Generation Company as the VP of NET Power Construction & Operations, and Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading their internal development team in the commercialization of emerging decarbonization technologies.

Paul brings 35 years of power industry experience in development, construction, commissioning, O&M, with a B.S. from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and an MBA from Suffolk University.
