Paula Guletsky is a highly experienced power industry leader with over 40 years of expertise in power plant design, project management, and environmental control technologies. Paula’s background is rooted in chemical engineering, with a B.S. from the University of Kentucky. She is a licensed Professional Engineer. Her career spans all stages of project development, including strategic planning, site selection, permitting, conceptual and detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
