Raihan Khondker is an energy leader with 18+ years of experience in nuclear power, grid operations, and infrastructure reliability. He serves as Manager of Generation and Transmission Weatherization and Inspection at ERCOT, leading efforts to enhance reliability across 1,460 generation resources and 6,700 transmission substations serving over 28 million Texans. Following Winter Storm Uri, he played a key role in advancing Texas' grid resiliency through risk-based oversight, operational excellence, and data-driven inspection practices. Previously, he held engineering and leadership roles at STP Nuclear Operating Company and Ontario Power Generation, supporting engineering, refurbishment, asset management, and operations. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with SRO and PMP certifications, and holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from Brown University, an MBA, and a bachelor's in electrical engineering.
