Sam Wevers is the Director of Product at Lunar Energy, where he leads the software team behind Gridshare, the AI platform coordinating more than 650 MW of distributed energy across hundreds of thousands of home batteries, solar systems, and smart devices globally. Gridshare has delivered 9 GWh of VPP services to the grid while generating measurable savings for homeowners across three continents. Sam brings fifteen years of experience in software product management, energy market design, and regulatory strategy. Before Lunar, he led product development at Moixa, where Gridshare originated and first proved that distributed assets could be coordinated at scale. Lunar acquired Moixa in 2022, and Sam has led the platform's growth ever since.
