Sean Thompson is the Sr. Director of Sales – DOE & DOD at Paragon Energy Solutions with over 12 years of experience in the nuclear-generating field. He has worked on over twenty plant outages and supports commercial nuclear power facilities, the Department of Energy, engineering firms, and supply firms across the country. Sean is passionate about promoting the growth of new nuclear technologies, such as Small Modular Reactors, to lower costs and maintain competitiveness. He is dedicated to raising public awareness about the benefits of new nuclear technologies and their role in addressing energy and climate challenges. Sean is an active North American Young Generation Nuclear member. In his spare time, Sean enjoys woodworking and racing in various series in North Carolina. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Project Management and resides in Charlotte, NC.
