Sean Thompson is a Strategic Account Manager at Curtiss-Wright with over 12 years of experience in the nuclear-generating field. He has worked on over twenty plant outages and supports commercial nuclear power facilities, the Department of Energy, engineering firms, and supply firms in the southeast region. Sean is passionate about promoting the growth of new nuclear technologies, such as Small Modular Reactors, to lower costs and maintain competitiveness. He is dedicated to raising public awareness about the benefits of new nuclear technologies and their role in addressing energy and climate challenges. Sean is an active North American Young Generation in Nuclear member and received the Curtiss-Wright Customer Excellence Award in 2017. In his spare time, Sean enjoys woodworking. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Project Management and resides in Charlotte, NC.
