Sean Thompson is the Senior Director of Sales at Paragon Energy Solutions, where he leads sales and business development efforts for federal nuclear programs, including work with the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD). With over a decade of experience in the nuclear industry, Sean specializes in safety-related equipment supply, Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD), Environmental Qualification (EQ), and NQA-1 compliant procurement strategies. He works closely with national laboratories, prime contractors, and utilities to support mission-critical nuclear infrastructure. Sean is based in North Carolina and serves as an advocate for quality-driven, technically sound, and risk-informed solutions across the energy sector.

There's been a lot of good [takeaways] for us because our plans are quite old, so there's a lot of manual readings and things, but me being the IT generation, I think it could be done better.
