Sean Thompson is the Senior Director of Sales at Paragon Energy Solutions, leading business development across DOE and DOD markets. He focuses on complex nuclear procurements, including Safety-Related equipment, commercial grade dedication (CGD), and execution under an NQA-1 quality program. Sean has been active with the POWERGEN International community for nearly four years and has over a decade of involvement with North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN). He has worked with utilities including Tennessee Valley Authority, Entergy, Southern Nuclear, Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, NextEra Energy, and Florida Power & Light, supporting operating fleets and new nuclear projects.
