Mr. Bakre at present heads the Customer Relationship Management function at Tata Power – Mumbai. Prior to this he was heading the City and West Zone Operations. He joined Tata Power in March 2016. Prior to joining Tata Power, he has worked with BEST Undertaking for 33 years in various roles ranging from Power Procurement, Regulatory affairs, Planning and projects, business development and strategy. He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, 1983) from VJTI, Mumbai and MBA in Finance (2010) from Mumbai University. He also holds diploma in Electricity Regulations conducted by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission. He is a certified Energy Auditor and has been guest lecturer in Saint Francis institute of Management and research. He has presented many papers at National / international forums. Mr. Bakre is an avid reader, loves listening to classical Indian music.
