Stan Rosinski

Technical Executive, EPRI

Stan Rosinski is a Technical Executive at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). He brings almost 40 years of experience in power generation research to lead and provide support for activities focused on improving reliability and addressing age-related degradation issues in major fossil power generation components. Previously at EPRI, Rosinski led the Renewable Generation area directing research in solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, and hydropower to increase deployment, improve performance, and enhance reliability.

Additionally, he led the EPRI Technology Innovation Program where he directed fundamental research and development across the institute to accelerate the application of advanced science and technology. Rosinski also managed the Reactor Pressure Vessel Integrity and Fatigue Issue Task Groups under the Nuclear Sector Materials Reliability Program. Prior to EPRI, Rosinski was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories where he was responsible for the resolution of light water reactor (LWR) materials-related issues. 

Rosinski received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in metallurgy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
