Tina Wolff has over 30 years of experience in the planning and construction of infrastructure. As the Director of Strategic Development for Kokosing Industrial, she focuses on the local, federal, and global conditions that affect markets and communities. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a MS in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University, is a licensed PE in five states, and holds the AEE CEM certification.
