Usha Khatiwada | Strategic Leader – Climate Finance & Sustainable Infrastructure With over 18 years of leadership across Nepal's energy and environmental sectors, Usha Khatiwada specializes in mobilizing climate finance, driving green bond transactions, and strengthening regulatory frameworks. As Technical Lead for the FCDO-funded Green Growth Nepal Programme (PwC), she is advancing Nepal's carbon market and climate bond issuances. Previously at USAID Urja Nepal (Deloitte), she mobilized over USD 1 billion in private capital enabling 718 MW of renewable energy. A former CEO who led Nepal's first infrastructure investment company public issuance, she is a recognized mentor for women in energy and recipient of the Women with Hydro Vision Award (USA) and 50 Leading Lights of Asia Pacific.
